I support children and families with:

  • Infant feeding and breastfeeding support

  • Introducing solids

  • Fussy eating and mealtime difficulties including support with ADHD, ASD, ARFID, PFD

  • Faltering or poor growth

  • Food allergies/intolerances

  • Nutrient deficiencies e.g. iron

  • Constipation

  • NDIS Disability including tube feeding

  • Transition from hospital admission to home

I support adults with:

  • Diabetes including Type 2 and Gestational

  • Heart health including high cholesterol

  • Digestive health including Coeliac disease, IBS, IBD and UC

  • Malnutrition and frailty

  • Food allergies and intolerances

  • Women’s Health including pregnancy

  • NDIS Disability patients including tube feeds

  • Transition from hospital admission to home

I am currently unable to provide services for :

  • Weight loss

  • Eating disorders

Services:

In person: Tuesday clinic at Kirrawee Family Medical Practice. Appointments available 7.30am-11.30am.

Thursday clinic every 4 weeks at Southside Paediatrics, MIranda. Appointments available 9.30am - 2pm.

Telehealth: Phone or video call available Australia wide. Appointments available Tuesday and Thursday

Home visits: Available for eligible NDIS participants. Appointments available Tuesday and Thursday

Fee Schedule:

Initial Consultation $195, **increasing to $215 (60 mins face to face + 30 minutes for summary email and letter to referring healthcare providers)

Extended Initial Consultation by request (90 mins) **$300

Extended review (45 mins) $160, **increasing to $170

Standard review (30 mins) $120, **increasing to $130

NDIS - $188.99/hour as per the NDIS 25-26 pricing guide

NDIS travel time for home visits - $94.50/hour

Rebates available:

Registered Medicare provider (Chronic Disease Management and Enhanced Primary Care plans) Medicare rebate increasing to $61.80 per session 1st July 2025

NDIS – children and adults (Plan and self managed)

Private Health Fund (check with your provider for coverage)
